How would you like to win a full page ad in The Equine Chronicle?! You’ll have a shot this April, but it won’t be easy. Seven full page ads in the premier equine industry publication will be up for grabs this April at the 2016 International Horse Show. The International has new dates this year, April 28th, 29th, and 30th in Springfield, Illinois.
AQHA competitors will have the opportunity to show to six judges over the course of the three-day event. Kelly McDowall, Kelly Chapman, and David Denniston will judge the first split/combined show. Rebecca Halvorson, Brendan Brown, and Will Knabenshue will judge the second split/combined show.
An added benefit for competitors is that these new dates fall at the end of the national qualifying period for youth competitors. In addition, the event will also be AQHA, NSBA, IQHA, and LLQHA approved for points.
Now for the most exciting part! Seven full page ads in The Equine Chronicle will be presented to the High Point winners in Open, Amateur, Select, Novice Amateur, Novice Youth, 13 and under, and 14-18 divisions. Competitors must show in their respective division Halter classes to qualify for High Point. In addition, other High Point awards and circuit awards will be presented in Small Fry, L1 Amateur, and Youth Walk Trot divisions.
Also, AQHA’s new Amateur Level 1 and Youth Level 1 Walk/Jog classes will also be making an appearance on the showbill.
