Last week, a protest outside a rally for presidential candidate Donald Trump in Kansas City grew combative resulting in the arrest of four people and pepper spray being used when crowds overflowed into a busy street. One young woman took things a bit too far when she “slapped” a police horse named Dan.
According to the Kansas City Star, 29-year-old April Foster was arrested for allegedly slapping the police horse that was being used to help control the crowd. She was released on a $500 bond and is set to appear in court in May for the charge of abuse of a police service animal.
