Western Costume Showmanship Class at World Show
The Palomino Horse Breeders Association will be hosting a Western Costume Showmanship Class at the upcoming PHBA World Championship Show!
The costume is to be based upon the participants’ favorite movie/TV show western character. See the synopsis below:

The 2023 PHBA World Championship Show will be held July 4-15, 2023, at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, IL.
