Below are a few last-minute reminders from AQHA:
Please make note of the following:
- The schedule has been updated with the estimated number of entries in each class. Don’t miss the special events and exhibitor parties!
- Ice Cream Social: Wednesday, 2 p.m. outside the Show Office, sponsored by Saginaw Valley Equine & GameTime Sports Medicine
- Exhibitor Pizza Party: Friday, 5 p.m. outside the Show Office, provided by AQHA
- Daily Donuts outside the Show Office, sponsored by Ohio Quarter Horse Association
- Working orders are posted and available in advance of the show. Rail class draws will be posted the day prior to the class.
- Move-in for show sponsors begins Sunday, April 23 at 4 p.m. General move-in begins at 8 a.m., Monday, April 24.
- Please be prepared with a copy of your horse’s health certificate, coggins and registration papers to pick up your packet at the show office.
- Stall assignments and maps are available here. At this time, there are no additional stalls available.
- Each stall (including tack stalls) comes with 5 bags of shavings. If you would like to pre-order additional shavings or feed, please place your order here. Pre-orders will close Wednesday, April 19. Pre-orders will be delivered to your stalls prior to your arrival.
- *Please note, if you are arriving Sunday, the WEC feed & bedding will not be available for delivery until Monday morning.*
- You are permitted to bring outside shavings to the World Equestrian Center, but no outside deliveries are allowed.

- Review the exhibitor’s handbook where answers to many show-specific questions can be found
- Subscribe to the texting service for important show updates. To enroll, simply text AQHA to 806-576-0913.
- Patterns are posted! Check here for your class patterns before you head to the event.
- The AQHA Professional Horsemen will again host the Nutrena Ride the Pattern Clinics for exhibitors to view. Refer to the schedule of clinics for information. To show your support for the Professional Horsemen, donations can be made here to support the AQHA Professional Horsemen’s Endowment Fund.
- Be sure to visit the trade show located in the R&L Arena and outdoors. A list of vendors can be found here.
