Virginia Maiden Comes Up With Exciting Solution For Postponing Show- Classes Will be Held in June

Filed under: Club & Show News,Club and Show News |

To all Virginia Maiden and Futurity exhibitors-

We apologize for the delay in updating, but we have officially chosen to postpone our futurity classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve chosen to do this for the safety of our exhibitors, participants, and spectators. To make up for this unfortunate circumstance, we’re holding our futurity classes during the 2020 Virginia National Stock Horse Show taking place June 4-7th at the Virginia Horse Center, Lexington VA.

In addition to the classes we were originally going to hold during the Spring Breakout, we are ADDING a full list of futurity classes. That means 2-year-old, 3-year-old, and Maturity divisions for Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle in both the Non-Pro and Open. We’re now holding a full-blown Futurity horse show.

During the show, we will have a day fully dedicated to holding our NSBA-approved classes, which will also include Maiden, Limited horse, and Limited rider divisions. All monies will be paid out.

One way or another, we promised you cash checks, and we will be signing them! We sincerely apologize for any hindrance this has caused all of you, and we are doing the best we can to make up for this.

As always, we try to be as exhibitor-friendly as possible and are here for you! Feel free to contact us with any and every question regarding these changes.
