UEC Announces October Riders of the Month- Yowan, Zoromski, Alderman, Moch

WACO, Texas – The United Equestrian Conference on Tuesday announced its Riders of the Month for October.

EQUITATION ON THE FLAT RIDER OF THE MONTH

Vivian Yowan • SMU

• Went 2-0 for the Mustangs in October with one Most Outstanding Performer award.
• Earned an 86-75 victory over her Georgia opponent.
• Defeated her Fresno State opponent, 88-80, while also being named Most Outstanding Performer.

EQUITATION OVER FENCES RIDER OF THE MONTH

Monika Zoromski • UT Martin

• Went 2-0 for the Skyhawks in October with one Most Outstanding Performer award.
• Defeated her South Dakota State opponent, 77-75.
• Earned a 44-point victory over her Sweet Briar Opponent by winning her head-to-head, 75-31.

HORSEMANSHIP RIDER OF THE MONTH

Brooklyn Moch • Fresno State

• Went 1-0 for the Bulldogs during the month of October.
• Earned a 72.5-70 road victory over her SMU opponent.

 REINING RIDER OF THE MONTH

Aubrey Alderman • SMU

• Went 2-0 for the Mustangs in October.
• Earned a 71-68 victory over her Georgia opponent.
• Defeated her Fresno State opponent, 71.5-65.
