U.S. Senators Reintroduce Bill Banning Double-Decker Horse Transport
According to a piece in New Jersey Today, two U.S. senators have recently reintroduced a bill that would ban interstate travel of horses in double-decker horse trailers. Although several states do have laws that ban or regulate the use of double-decker trailers for horse transport, this bill would help create an overarching federal law.
