Horse enthusiasts will bring their quest for knowledge when the best minds in the horse industry appear at the nation’s ultimate equine exposition, the Western States Horse Expo, Friday through Sunday, June 13-15 at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds, 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento.
