COLUMBUS, OH –
The Congress Cutting will be held at the Bullen Equestrian Center at Preble County Fairgrounds in Eaton, Ohio on October 4-7, 2023. The NCHA Great Lakes Circuit Finals, an NCHA national event, will follow on Sunday, October 8. Congress Cutting exhibitors will be eligible to qualify for the circuit finals. Two great events…one premier location!
The Ohio Quarter Horse Association (OQHA) is proud to sponsor this event, which will be produced by Chuck Smith, an Honorary Director of OQHA and an integral part of the Congress Cutting for the past 29 years.
The Ohio Quarter Horse Association will sponsor awards, including the coveted Don Bell Congress bronze and Congress medallions. Rods True Western will provide trophy spurs to reserve champions and winners may purchase a Congress winners jacket from Schneiders Saddlery at the Congress trade show.
