The Madness – Stall and RV Waiting Lists:

We are indeed sold out. As many of you may have heard or seen, the World Equestrian Center – Wilmington is currently expanding and has promised two to three new buildings that can/will be used as stall barns and eliminate any need for tent stalls. These buildings are included in our current stall counts.

Construction is well underway and one is nearing completion. RVs – the facility is also expanding their electricity abilities. In addition, we are finding many emails from you that say, ‘Hey, I filled out the Challenge form by mistake.’

Right now, we ask for your patience as we work with the facility on placement, availability, and capabilities. NO FUNDS have been processed ON ANY reservations nor will they be until the April 17th deadline as previously noted. We hope to get each of you notified by the end of February.

If you wish to be added to a waiting list, you can email SOQHAstalls@gmail.com. The trainer/agent form has been disabled. The client form is still active for those to pay for stalls reserved by their trainer/agent. You can no longer request an RV. Remember if you ‘clicked’ sending check, you need to have that sent within 10 days to continue to hold your reservation.
