Solid Gold Halter and Performance Maiden Series to be Held at Gateway Classic

The Solid Gold Futurity is holding the all breed Futurity Series in conjunction with the Missouri Quarter Horse Association’s Gateway Classic AQHA Show (six judges) May 21-24, 2020 at Lake St. Louis, Missouri.

We’re pleased to announce that through a combined effort of the Missouri Quarter Horse Association and the Solid Gold Futurity, we will be offering newly structured Halter and Performance Slot classes: Open and Amateur Yearling and Two-Year-Old Halter (all sex divisions) classes, Open and Non Pro Western Pleasure, and Open Hunter Under Saddle classes with the addition of Ideal Ranch Western Pleasure. The goal is to stimulate interest within the industry earlier in the show season for owners and exhibitors.

We are excited to hold these classes again 2020. In two years, the Solid Gold Futurity paid over $75,000 in cash and prizes. All classes are held in a slot format. Performance Classes will be held in a slot format- 20 slots per class and slots begin to sell immediately on a first come, first served basis. Halter Class slot availability will be released within the coming days.

The Solid Gold Futurity Series is open to AQHA, APHA, PHBA, ApHC, and ABRA horses. Stay tuned in the coming days for more information on this exciting event!
