Sincerest Condolences Following Passing of 26-Year-Old US Vet Justin Haynes

Everyone here at The Equine Chronicle would like to express our sincerest condolences to a member of our extended horse show family, AQHA Select amateur Kathy Haynes of Oxford, Mississippi. Kathy’s 26-year-old son, Justin Haynes, was killed in a tragic car accident over the weekend.

Justin was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served his country honorably during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He was an Ole Miss alum and loyal Rebel football fan.

He leaves behind his mother and father, Kathy and Sandy, fiancé Kaitlyn, sister Randall, brother Austin, and many friends and family members. Justin’s funeral will take place today, Monday, January 12th, at 2:00 pm at the North Oxford Baptist Church.
