DENVER, Colo. — The Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association is adding one of the newest and most popular AQHA-approved events – Ranch Horse Pleasure – to its annual Fall Classic & Futurity line-up, with $2,500 in added sponsorship money for 3- and 4-year-old futurity divisions, plus $500 more for Amateur Ranch Pleasure. The Ranch Pleasure Futurity will have two goes and exhibitors also will show at halter.
The fun and rewarding Fall Classic & Futurity is set for September 12-15 at the National Western Complex, Denver. Judges include: Glenn Wells, GA; Mike Weaver, CA; Jeff Mellott, KS; and Manita McKool, GA.
Also new for 2013 is a 3- and 4-year-old Trail Futurity, added by popular demand.
