The second portion of the Tri-State Quarter Horse Association’s “Show With a View” recently concluded May 17-18 in Greensburg, PA. Judges for the first show May 10-11 were Jeff Greaves and Cindy Rucker. Judges for the May 17-18 show were Pierre Briere and Mike Carter.
