If you would like to learn more about how to judge a variety of AQHA-approved classes or just want to hear how judges are instructed to judge your favorite class, make reservations to attend the AQHA Educational Judging Seminar January 8-10, 2015, at the Holiday Inn Opryland/Airport in Nashville. The seminar will be conducted by AQHA Senior Director of Judges Alex Ross and other leading industry professionals.
“Regardless of the class, after attending this seminar you will make adjustments in how you exhibit your horse and/or yourself, Alex said. “And in today’s competitive classes, minor changes that make you think like a judge can make a significant difference in your final placing.”
While attending the Educational Judging Seminar, you might want to test for your AQHA Specialized Novice Judging credentials. AQHA-approved Novice judges are eligible to judge all Level 1 (formerly Novice) shows, Level 1 classes at any show and Rookie classes at any show. You will be tested on six video classes, take an open AQHA Handbook test and take part in an interview regarding your involvement in AQHA as well as your judging knowledge.
Reserve your space today. The seminar fee is $300.
A special room rate will be guaranteed through December 7, 2014, so make your reservations as soon as possible.
