Per Trade Show Manager John Dunn, “Personal motorized vehicles such as gators and mules are not allowed in or on the Expo Square grounds, so we’ve made arrangements to have golf carts available to our exhibitors.”
Advanced reservations for golf carts can be made by contacting John at (816) 898-4284. The cost for the entire week is $265 and payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time reserved.
“Last year, our supply of carts was limited due to numerous other events in the Tulsa area, and we had to turn down several requests,” continued Dunn. “This year, we do not have this conflict, so we feel comfortable we can accommodate the majority, if not all, the requests. I would, however, ask that should you need one, please contact me as soon as possible.”
Carts can be picked up at the facility on Tuesday, July 28, at check in and used until Sunday night. These are 4-seat gasoline powered carts with a rear seat that may be folded down to make a carrying area. All operators must be 18 years of age or older.
