The Wilbur Estate is an unparalleled place to celebrate your wins, entertain friends and family or unwind after a day spent showing horses. Situated on 2.5 acres, massive, white columns support the front veranda for the perfect sunset views. Windows facing east will provide an equally spectacular sight of the upcoming outdoor grand hunter ring. Guests even receive a welcome package featuring gifts and treats on the first night of their stay.

Five luxury suites are available for those looking to experience the comforts of home. Four units consist of 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms each, with space completely outfitted with a custom kitchen, upscale living room furnishings, walk-in closets, equestrian artwork and far more. The west suite’s amenities are handicap accessible, including the kitchen, bathroom, lounging area and king-size bed.

The custom kitchens make cooking meals delightful and easy during all hours of the day. Suites are provided with luxury cookware to prepare fresh cuisine in an environment that matches a feeling of home. An oven, stovetop, microwave and sink complete the ensemble while polished cabinetry and a full-size refrigerator make for easy storage. Guests can enjoy the adjacent dining space as well to savor that day’s creations.

Suites are afforded flat-screen TVs in several rooms for easy media access. Every guest can take advantage of in-room washer and dryer amenities, tucked away for convenient laundry service. Wi-Fi connection has also been extended to each unit, providing a sophisticated equestrian living experience.

Additional luxuries have been added to each room to accentuate one’s stay. Majestic chandeliers grace the ceilings of the two northernmost units supplemented by equestrian-inspired art that spans every room. Visitors can also appreciate the custom furniture, curated to match the mansion aesthetic. The Wilbur Estate even offers two fireplace suites that create a comfortable and cozy post-show atmosphere.

The exterior of The Wilbur Estate is equally resplendent. The front veranda hosts various seating options for after-show lounging like a wooden swing, occupying the same space once used by the Roberts Family. Beyond the veranda décor, outdoor gardens rival the best botanical scene. Guests can walk along beautiful garden pavers and enjoy trimmed bushes and flowers with intensely colorful blooms. An evening outside will find exhibitors admiring the patio alight with lantern glow.

Accommodations are conveniently located within walking distance of the Paddock Club and other World Equestrian Center amenities. Guests also enjoy two private VIP parking spaces per unit as part of their stay. Vehicles are easily accessible at all times, and during twilight hours, glowing lanterns light the way. Our WEC security team monitors the surrounding space 24/7, and are on-call should guests have any concerns.

Suites will be available for a three-night minimum spanning Thursday through Saturday. The Wilbur Estate is also available for lengthier stays to cater to guests partaking in multiple weeks of thrilling equestrian sport.
