The 2022 AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships are tentatively scheduled for June 20-25 at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The qualifying deadline is February 28.
VRH exhibitors can qualify by earning a predetermined number of points or by competing at three or more AQHA-approved Versatility Ranch Horse events. View the specific qualifying requirements here.
At the 2022 AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships; AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals; AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships, presented by the Four Sixes Ranch; and National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show, exhibitors will be competing for approximately $250,000 in purse and prizes and:
AQHA RHC Finals
To qualify for the 2022 AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals, horses must have competed at one of the 2021 AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge events. Qualification is class specific. The qualifying period for the 2022 AQHA RHC Finals was January 1 – December 31, 2021.
AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships, presented by the Four Sixes Ranch
To be eligible to enter the 2022 AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships, presented by the Four Sixes Ranch, an exhibitor must be Level 1-eligible in the class they wish to enter as of the prior year or January 1, 2021, and meet the Level 1 eligibility requirements of AQHA Rule SHW245 in the AQHA Rulebook. NRSHA National Championships
To be eligible to compete in the 2022 National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show, a rider must show in at least three events hosted by an NRSHA alliance partner between March 1, 2021, and February 28, 2022. Riders can show with the same alliance partner or any combination of alliance partners to meet the three-time requirement. View more information.

The AQHA VRH World combines four premiere ranch horse events into one: the AQHA VRH World, AQHA RHC Finals, AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships and NRSHA National Championship Show. This prestigious show draws ranch-horse competitors from around the globe to the Lazy E Arena each June to crown nine AQHA VRH world champions among other top AQHA RHC Finals, Cattle Level 1 and NRSHA National Championships ranch-horse champions in addition to awarding approximately $250,000 in purse and prizes.
