Now You Can Submit 2015 APHA Amateur and Novice Applications Online!

The wait is over—2015 performance forms are now available online.
Applications for Amateur, Novice Amateur, Amateur Walk-Trot and Novice Youth are available to submit online or to print and mail or email to APHA. If you’re not sure if you’re eligible for these categories, see the 2014 Official APHA Rule Book. The rules explain who is eligible to apply for these different APHA cards, and becoming familiar with the rules can help ensure you apply for the correct one(s).
To increase efficiency in processing these forms, APHA will not mail application reminders for 2015. Applications are only available online, and office staff will begin processing applications in mid-December 2014. Submit yours today to be on top of the processing stack.
However, if you prefer a printed copy, please email your request to amateur@apha.com or youth@apha.com, as appropriate based on your application needs.
