SCOTTSDALE, AZ—“The customer knows best” a phrase that Kimes Ranch has followed to a tee in their latest women’s jean release. Francesca was designed by customers through the company’s social media sites and product testing. Consumer’s voted for the style, a mid-low rise; 100% cotton; the stitching color, “Cha Cha Orange,” and the pocket design, a combination of teal and orange horns.
Debuting at Denver market, Francesca quickly jumped to number one and will join the Betty, Jolene and Sally Jean on the shelves of Western Retailers across the country and online at kimesranch.com starting at the end of February.
“We let our customers take the lead on this one,” says Amanda Kimes owner and founder of Kimes Ranch. “They picked the detailing right down to the color of the stitching, and then it was up to us to come up with the jean of their dreams. When we went to market with the sample of the Francesca, we were excited that the buyers loved it as much as our customers loved the idea of it. We sold it to 95% of the stores that ordered from us at market, so that was a strong indication to us that we had done something very right with this one.”
Staying true to her western consumers, Francesca features a relaxed fit through the legs to allow for a comfortable fit while riding. Her true boot cut balances out the hips allowing the wearer to look chic both in and out of the arena.
