NCEA Riders of the Month For November- Scott, Cook, Brayman, St. Jacques

WACO, Texas – The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced its November Riders of the Month on Monday, November 26th.
November’s Equifit Equitation on the Flat Rider of the Month goes to Taylor St. Jacques from the Auburn Tigers. The sophomore from Glen Allen, Virginia went 2-0 in November. Jacques finished the month undefeated, topping two SEC opponents and picking up two MOP honors.
Madison Brayman
Madison Brayman takes the November Equifit Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Month award. The senior from Charlestown, Rhode Island went undefeated during the month of November with three Equitation Over Fences wins with all wins coming on the road.
The Shorty’s Horsemanship Rider of the Month is TCU Horned Frog, Jamie Cook. The junior out of Fort Collins, Colorado went 2-0 in November against ranked opponents.

South Carolina Gamecock Jordan Scott takes the Shorty’s Reining Rider of the Month award for November. Scott went undefeated during the month of November with all rides on the road. The junior from Bristol, Tennessee leads South Carolina’s reining squad with her 5-2 record on the season.

Equifit Equitation On the Flat Rider of the Month: Taylor St. Jacques, Auburn
- Finished the month undefeated, topping two SEC opponents and picking up two MOP honors
- Kicked off the month with a 20-point win vs. then-No. 2 Texas A&M, topping her opponent, 85-65
- Her margin of victory was the largest by any student-athlete on the day, giving her her first MOP of themonth.
- Capped the month with a big win on the road, besting her opponent at then-No. 7 Georgia.
- Scored a season-high 89 points in her win to take home MOP

Equifit Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Month: Madison Brayman, South Carolina
- Madison Brayman went undefeated during the month of November with three Equitation Over Fences wins with all wins coming on the road.
- Brayman notched two huge road wins, topping Brooke Pfeiffer of UT Martin by 21 points, 86-65. The senior followed that up with a 17-point victory against Cecily Hayes of Fresno St.
- Closing out the month, Brayman won her fourth-straight ride, 77-75, helping her team to a defeat in raw score against No. 4-ranked Baylor.
- Brayman was the only rider in the SEC to win two MOPs during the month of November.
Shorty’s Horsemanship Rider of the Month: Jamie Cook, TCU
- Won both of her points this month.
- Her score of a 77 against OSU landed her an MOP award; the second in a row.
- She came to win against SMU and scored another high score with a 73.5.
Shorty’s Reining Rider of the Month: Jordan Scott, South Carolina
- Jordan Scott went undefeated during the month of November with all rides on the road.
- Scott won her first MOP of the season in Carolina’s raw-score win over No. 4-ranked Baylor.
- Trailing the Bears, 6-5, Scott edged by Georgia Smith, 71-70, tying the meet at 6-6 and giving the Gamecocks the push they needed to defeat Baylor.
- The junior leads Carolina in Reining with her 5-2 record.
