More Around the Ring Photos From 2014 Buckeye Classic
Thanks to Kristin Martin we have even more fun photos to share from the 2014 Buckeye Classic that concluded in Ohio last week. We especially love The Equine Chronicle Hospitality Tent and Golf Cart!
Check out some fun facts about the event.
- Exhibitors came to Ohio from 25 states, Ontario, New Brunswick and Australia
- 1,200 Buckeye Classic ice cream sandwiches were handed out (some via The Equine Chronicle Hospitality Cart!)
- 100 dozen buckeyes were eaten during the show
- Over 3,000 bottles of water were given away for FREE
- Several exhibitors left with 100+ AQHA points
- There were 10,000 entries between the Little Buckeye and Buckeye Classic
- $5,000 was raised at the Buckeye Open Golf Outing to support the OQHA Scholarship Fund
- Another $5,000 was raised at the Silent Auction/Buckeye Eating Contest to support the launch of Congress Cares
- Over $100,000 in free entries and prizes were given away
