Las Vegas Silver Dollar is a Go For 2021
Given these unprecedented times it seems no one is sure what upcoming events to plan for. The amazing South Point Equestrian Center is up and running and the 46th annual Silver Dollar Circuit needs to be on your schedule for 2021. Last year’s total payout of nearly $70,000 brought the nation’s top competitors to the South Point facility in February 2020 and they are looking forward to an even bigger year in 2021 as they move to their new dates for the 46th Annual Las Vegas Silver Dollar Circuit.
The Annual Silver Dollar Circuit show will be held at South Point Equestrian Center In Las Vegas on January 15th- 20th, 2021. They are thrilled to announce that the Las Vegas Silver Dollar Circuit will be moving to January for 2021. This change will allow them to capture more attendees as January currently has no other large shows scheduled. Most of their current attendees and many newcomers have already expressed their commitment to attend for these new dates.
Six days of nonstop All-Around events in three different arenas with the available online live feed at SilverDollarCircuit.com, the exposure far surpassed attendees and exhibitors with nearly 20,000 unique live feed views in 2020 and they anticipate even more this year. Not only did these viewers get to experience all that occurred in the show pen but they were also witness to the excitement that the new Silver Dollar Stakes Series brought to the show.
Focused on the Level 2 classes, the Stakes paid great: first place in every one of the Stakes Classes resulted in checks of over $1,000. The excitement around the Stakes Classes was electric. “Our barn walked away with over $4,000 from the new Silver Stakes Series. They were elated!” exclaimed Liz Knabanshue of Knabenshue Performance horses. The overall feel of the show was uplifting with an energy of happy winners in the air. The Silver Dollar will not only repeat but expand these classes for 2021.
New additions to 2021 also include a full slate of walk/trot Amateur and walk/trot Youth (HUS, Equitation, Pleasure, Horsemanship, and Trail) with custom buckles for each High Point Walk Trot exhibitor. Silver Dollar is known for its trail courses and its record number of Trail entries. They are upping their trail game with the addition of Ranch Trail to the schedule for 2021.
