Large Donations Made to AQHA Foundation- $25,000

American Quarter Horse Association Corporate Partners Nutrena and Zoetis presented AQHA and the American Quarter Horse Foundation with donations to support AQHA members and Foundation programs during the general membership meeting on March 9 at the 2019 AQHA Convention in Fort Worth, Texas.
Nutrena
Since 2000, Nutrena has been an official nutrition partner of AQHA. Nutrena offers a complete line of feeds designed to provide optimum nutrition for horses as well as the company’s premium pet line, Loyall. Russell Mueller presented a check for $15,000 to the Foundation on behalf of the AQHA Professional Horsemen’s Association. This donation was made possible through Nutrena’s sponsorship of the Ride the Pattern clinics at the Built Ford Tough AQHYA, Adequan® Select and Lucas Oil AQHA world championship shows.
Zoetis
The health and well-being of our animals is important to AQHA members, and with more than 60 years of experience in animal health, Zoetis can help. Zoetis is the official equine vaccine provider of AQHA and has a portfolio of products to help keep your horses healthy. Zoetis honored its dedication to our industry by presenting a check for $10,000 to the Foundation’s Equine Research Fund.
