According to local news station, KTBS, 21-year-old Jaci Jackson was sentenced by an Oklahoma court to 42 months in prison and seven years probation for the part she played in the theft of five horses and the death of one from Southern Arkansas University stables in 2011.
Because the incident involved the transportation of stolen horses across state lines, Jackson also faces charges in Arkansas in early February. Others involved in the case have received considerable jail time already.
