It Takes A Village – A hats off photo dedication to everyone behind the scenes at the 2023 AQHYA World Show

They call you their support team, or the crew.  Some of you wear a t-shirt that says, “Horse Show Dad – scan here for payment.” Some of you ride horses well into the dawn while your customers sleep.

You’ve been a cheerleader, a groom, a therapist, a financial whiz, and a master of how to function on a few hours of sleep, all while holding everyone else together at times.

Or you might be a member of the show staff or AQHA team, working long days on aching feet while still keeping a smile and a sense of humor. You might be a vendor who drove long hours to set up shop with just the right inventory or service.

Behind it all, you know that horses are good for kids, and all those sappy quotes about youth being our future actually ring of truth – and you know more now than you ever did.

Our hat is off to you, support team, and we cherish what you give to the youth of today to make the world and industry a better place.  We appreciate your dedication to those truly who are the future. And to you, if you haven’t heard it lately, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
