Hoofprints Photo Contest and Chance to Win AQHA Prizes

In honor of National Day of the Cowboy, the American Quarter Horse Association and Amarillo Center City proudly bring you the Hoofprints Photo Contest.

Log onto www.ConnectAmarillo.com and submit your photo with one of the 100 Center City Horses. Viewers will vote on their favorite and two winners will receive a Staycation Package courtesy of AQHA, Saddlebrook Jockey Club, Sonic and Texas Tech Health & Science Center.

All contest participants will also be entered to win a Grand Prize Weekend Getaway to be announced at National Day of the Cowboy July 27 at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum.

National Day of the Cowboy is an event that is celebrated around the country including right here in Amarillo. Local groups have joined forces to teach, entertain and celebrate the eighth annual National Day of the Cowboy. The celebration takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 27. This free event will provide entertainment for the whole family.
