Hollywood’s Hottest Workout Now Tailored to Equestrians

As you know, a fit, well-conditioned body is necessary for riding a horse, which requires a strong core, glutes of steel, flexibility, and balance. One of Hollywood’s hottest workouts is expanding into Wellington, Florida, this summer with a focus specifically on fitness training for the equestrian rider.

Core Evolution, Palm Beach County’s premiere Lagree Fitness Studio, will open this July in the equestrian capital of the United States. It’s the third studio for 27-year-old owner and entrepreneur, Marina Perrone. The first of its kind in the Wellington area, Core Evolution is perfect for equestrians because of its focus on strength, core and stabilization, all of which are imperative to riding.

Developed and made famous by celebrity fitness trainer, Sebastien Lagree, (and practiced by celebrities such as Sofia Vergara, Jennifer Aniston and Martha Hunt) the Lagree Method’s amped up, high-energy body-sculpting moves are extremely effective for equestrians. The studio uses exclusive Megaformer machines and customized routines to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the critical areas used while on horseback.

Core Evolution’s techniques target the core muscles used while riding – glutes, abdominals, obliques, quads, biceps, triceps, and hamstrings. Key moves created for equestrians include:

Core Evolution’s new 1,750 square foot state-of-the-art space is located in the Woods Walk Plaza at 441 and Lake Worth Road in Lake Worth, Florida. With space for 10 Megaformer machines for group classes, the studio will also, for the first time, include a separate room for private one-on-one sessions. Expanding upon the traditional Lagree Fitness Classes, Core Evolution Wellington will also include spin bikes, allowing clients to split their workout between cycling and the Megaformer.

Owner and entrepreneur Marina Perrone felt expanding into Western Palm Beach County was the next natural move for her brand. “We have been so thrilled at the success of Core Evolution to date, and we felt it was time to bring Lagree to another new community that loves health and fitness as much as we do,” she says.

Perrone has teamed up with fellow fitness buff Stephanie Mordes, who will be co-owner of the Wellington location. “I’ve taught fitness classes in Wellington for many years, and I knew Core Evolution had to be introduced to this community. There’s such a passion for health and wellness here – and we also know that the Lagree Method is perfect for equestrians because of its focus on strength, core, and stabilization, all of which are imperative to riding.”

The Lagree Method’s amped up, high-energy body-sculpting moves are responsible for shaping some of the hottest bodies both in Hollywood and in professional sports.
