Preferential Stalling with Exhibitor Sponsorship Program at APHA World and APHA BTHF

Exhibitors have the opportunity to build their brand while accessing VIP benefits—including choice of stalling location at APHA’s two premier events—through the APHA Exhibitor Sponsorship Program.
Debuted at the 2020 APHA World Show, the Exhibitor Sponsorship Program is designed to enhance the experience for exhibitors attending the APHA World Show. Sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000, and in addition to receiving valuable perks with the package you select, most of the money raised will be used to enhance payouts at the World Show, which puts more money into the pockets of exhibitors.
The APHA World Show will be held June 25 – July 11, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas. This program also encompasses the new APHA Breeders’ Trust Halter Futurity Championship, which will be held September 25 – October 4, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas.
This exclusive program allows exhibitors to showcase their stallion, ranch, business–you name it–in front of a captive audience while enjoying perks like preferred stalling and RV placement.
While the Exhibitor Sponsorship Program allows participants a choice of stalling location, they will still need to complete an online stall reservation form. Stall reservations will be paired with the level of sponsorship selected and on a first-come, first-paid basis to determine the order of priority stall placement. The sponsorship determines priority for placement in the exhibitor’s barn of choice, not the exact stall location.
The pre-entry, stall, and RV deadline for the APHA World Show is May 15, so be sure to get your reservations and sponsorships in for the best rates and best location selection. Sponsorship payments must be submitted by May 15 to guarantee priority stall placement and RV lot, if applicable. Priority within each sponsorship level and availability will be based on the date sponsorship payment is received by APHA. Preferential stalling will be available for Gold, Silver, and Bronze level sponsors.
