The Arizona Fall Championship is fast approaching and will take place September 25th-October 4th at West World in Scottsdale, AZ. The stall and entry deadline is September 4th, so don’t delay!

On-Line Entry
The office staff really encourages everyone to enter at least one class on Horse Show Tracker, so that they can have back numbers ready at the show. Click here to visit the website- https://www.horseshowtracker.com/home.
- Horse registration papers and membership cards can be uplaoded through Horse Show Tracker.
- Numbers will not be given without a form of payment on file.
- When you pick-up your back numbers, you can give them a check for your entries if you do not want the credit card on file charged at the end of the show.

Futurity Entry
Futurity entries may be added until 5 pm the day before the class. If horse was not registered by the pre-entry deadline of Sept. 4, 2020, there will be a $40 late fee charged in addition to futurity class entry fee. Futurity entries must be scratched by 5 pm the day before the class to receive a full refund of their futurity class entry fee.
Enter Shows Now
Use a browser on your computer (Chrome is preferable) or use your mobile device (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android) and go to horseshowtracker.com. Click on the “Enter Show” icon. If you are a first time user with the new Tracker Passport, sign up for a new account, otherwise log in with your user name. Complete your profile and then select “Fall Championship & Pinnacle Circuit” from the list of available shows to enter your horse and class information.
You can add the Tracker icon to your home screen for fast access to schedules, results and more during the show.
Please note that if you had previously downloaded the Horse Show Tracker from an app store on your phone, you must delete that old app and use the web-based system now.

Book Stalls Now
You must reserve stalls. If you do not reserve, we may run out of stalls! We are anticipating tremendous numbers of entries for the Cinch Fall Championship and Pinnacle Circuit. We are ordering additional stalls to accommodate the larger turnout. We need to know ASAP how many horses to plan for. We can not guarantee stalls will be available
if you do not book in advance. All stalls must be reserved and paid for online.

Be Certain to Pre-order Your Shavings
WestWorld Feed & Bedding: 480-312-6814
All stalled horses must have a minimum of two bags of shavings per stall. No bedding other than the WestWorld shavings is allowed on the property. Order ahead and avoid waiting at check-in.
Stall Fees
$195- Thursday Sept. 24-6 am to Wednesday Sept. 30 at 8 am
$195- Wednesday Sept. 30- 6 am to Monday Oct. 5 at 8 am
OR
$250- Thursday Sept. 24-6 am – Monday Oct. 5 at 8 am
There is a $15 processing fee for all cancelled stalls. No convenience fee charged. Pre-Bedding can be ordered by calling West World at 480-312-6814
Dates to Remember
- Entry deadline is 9/4/20
- Entry not made by Sept. 4 will be subject to a late fee of $40
- Preassigned stalls must be reserved by 9/4/2020
- No refunds for stalls cancelled after 9/4/2020
