“We are again offering the Elite Series classes,” says Congress Chair Casey West. “Produce of Dam, Get of Sire, and Elite Congress Halter Champion are included in the schedule on Saturday, August 5th, and the winners will be presented special awards. Since the Produce of Dam and Get of Sire classes are on Saturday, we encourage breeders of both Halter and Performance horses to assemble get while at the show to present in these classes.”
“The two Elite Series performance classes, Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle, are also scheduled on Saturday. These will take place following the end of APHA classes that day. ”
PRODUCE OF DAM / GET OF SIRE – Refer to Rule SC-180 1. & 2.
Produce of Dam. Two produce, either sex. Regular Registry or Solid Paint Bred can show. At least one horse shown must be Regular Registry. The dam must be registered with APHA, but need not be shown, nor need produce be owned by the owner of the dam.
Get of Sire. Three get, either sex. Regular Registry or Solid Paint Bred can show. At least two horses shown must be Regular Registry. The sire must be registered with APHA, but need not be shown, nor need get be owned by the owner of the sire.
CONGRESS ELITE HALTER CHAMPION
The Elite Congress Halter Champion will be a class for each Grand Champion of all sex divisions under all eight judges. Qualifying horses from the first set of judges will be posted at the office. No entry fee.

404. Elite Limited Horse/Limited Non Pro Rider – Hunter Under Saddle
405. Elite Limited Horse/Limited Non Pro Rider – Western Pleasure
Entry fee: $50 per horse, per class due at 12:00 Friday, August 4, day before event.
