Dale Livingston had this to say:
“This was Jack Benson and me; I was showing a good mare named Only Pretending. It was in the Kansas City Royal Coliseum back in mid 70’s, Jack was the president of the NPHA as I remember, as then a few years later, he and Leo Barbara started the NSBA.”
