“This is my 17-year-old Quarter Horse, Potential Player, or “Turtle.” He was my first show horse and there are no words to describe how much we love him and always will. The first picture was the week after we bought him, and the second is from my wedding. I told my wedding photographer that the first love of my life WOULD be included on my wedding day. She soon realized I was talking about a horse! Turtle has been retired for a few years and is enjoying his life at Wandering Banks Ranch in Derby, KS.”
