“I wanted to send in a photo that’s super special to me,” explains Amateur Lauren Boisvert, who is pictured here with her best friend and trainer, Dana Laing, and with Xtreme Zippen Machine, aka “Toad,” at the 2023 Virginia Color Classic.
“Toad” is the first home bred baby she’s shown, Lauren explains. “Her mom is my heart horse, and she now has navicular so we don’t show her anymore. This makes Toad so special!”
