EC Photo of the Day – Super Bowl Sunday!

Pictured is “Mario” and Bonnie Sue Kalmar, aka “Bonnie and Clydesdale” when they made their “discount ad” in 2021, the year Budweiser didn’t run an ad.

“Mario is actually “small” for a Clydesdale, so he got his name from being like “little super Mario” next to the normal sized foals,” explains Bonnie Sue.  “He’s 16 hands now at full height… he’s hard to call small, but he’s also not big. Poor spoiled Mario lives in a QH show barn with many lovely horses and I don’t think he cares if he’s big or small!”
