EC Photo of the Day – “No Lion – I’m Really A Horse!”

Meet Streaker, one of three miniature therapy horses for the nonprofit Triple B Foundation for Pet Therapy in Washington State.

The trio visits as volunteers all over the state to provide animal assisted interventions at hospitals, memory care centers, first responder training sessions, 911 call centers, and even prisons. This particular visit was at Microsoft, where Streaker is posed with an employee with her new Halloween costume!

“She tolerates just about anything!” says Founder Brian Hohstadt, also the trainer and handler of all three minis.  “She gives me a look and then says ok, as long as there is candy at the end of the visit!”
