Cutting Horse Central and NCHA Visit Cook Children’s Medical Center
On Wed. April 1st, NCHA trainers and staff made a special visit to Cook Children’s Medical Center. Coordinated by Cutting Horse Central, the team delivered a Western-themed party for a group of patients and presented gifts collected by Cutting Horse Central and the cutting community. An added treat for the kids, a horse was taken over for the kids to pet and visit with, and NCHA Hall of Fame Rider, Shannon Hall, performed a special song. They enjoyed activities such as dummy roping, a bean bag toss, and a stick horse cutting. Numerous trainers also donated signed trophy buckles and other cutting memorabilia for the kids.
