Dustin Eickenhorst and Only After Midnight Win 3-Year-Old Novice Horse Limited Rider WP Sweepstakes

The main event capping off this evening at the 2015 APHA World Championship Show was the highly anticipated 3-Year-Old Novice Horse Limited Rider Western Pleasure Sweepstakes. After two tough splits and a finals, the judges determined the winner to be Dustin Eikenhorst aboard Only After Midnight.

Placing Reserve was Ryan Painter with Huntin An Invitation. The third place team was Carly Veldman Parks with Milton Hershey. Jenna Gibbs rode Imagine Mea Hotrod to place fourth.

Alicia Carroll was in the saddle of CR Good Impulse to place fifth. Rounding out the top six was JT Thomas with Sheza Dancin Machine. Seventh place was Brooke Dixon with The Red Factor. Eighth place was Joseph Brewer with Good At It.

Placing ninth was Ceralena Gray with I’m Johnny Cash. Tenth place was Marion Troyer with Sippin Root Beer.

Just prior to the start of the 3-Year-Old Western Pleasure class, Dale Sullens and Big Ones Only were named the World Champions in Junior Pleasure Driving. The Reserve World Champion was Mike Short with Awesome All Night. Third place was Lisa Ligon with I Got Em Talkin. Fourth place was Laura Satern with Who’s All That.
