We’re very happy to report that our friends Don and Debbie Trout are doing well following a horrible car accident that took place on Monday in Texas as they were headed home from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
According to local news reports, emergency crews responded to the multi-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler on south I-45 in Angus. The 18-wheeler, three cars, one burned vehicle, and the Trout’s box trailer were destroyed. Two care flights transported multiple patients to Baylor and Parkland Hospitals in Dallas. Thankfully, Don and Debbie Trout of Don Trout Photography were unharmed in the accident and are beginning the process of replacing their vehicle and items destroyed in the accident.
“We’re sore and have had a total loss of our suburban, our trailer, and a loss of some equipment. We will be at the Martinganza circuit at the end of the month. It will be some time before we are able to replace our vehicles and trailer.”
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Trout family and those who were injured in the accident.
