The Top Hand Collegiate Ranch Competition, co-hosted by the American Paint Horse Association and Stock Horse of Texas, is set to crown champions in Fort Worth, Texas, October 2, 2021, during the Lone Star Gathering at the Will Rogers Memorial Complex.
A different kind of ranch competition: The 2021 Lone Star Gathering will be the home to the first of its kind collegiate ranch competition combining timed and judged events for an overall score. Collegiate cowboys and cowgirls of all levels are welcome to come compete at their shot at TOP HAND!
What to expect: The Top Hand Collegiate Ranch Competition will consist of four events and will be scored as an individual competition, plus a team competition:
