Congratulations is in order once again for our friend and former APHA competitor, Kate Upton, whose supermodel status reached another level today with the announcement that she is the new face of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. 21-year-old Upton joined Brown to share the news this morning with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America.
Last week, it was revealed that Upton is also the new face of fashion retailer Express. But that’s not all…
On April 25th, 2014, Upton will star in a 20th Century Fox feature film, The Other Woman, alongside Cameron Diaz, Nicki Minaj, and Leslie Mann. Click here to watch the trailer, view behind the scenes video clips, and photos from the film.
In a 2010 Equine Chronicle interview with Upton, she chatted briefly about how time constraints now limit her ability to show. However, she said that showing horses will always be her first love and true passion.
“Ironically, Upton was first ‘discovered’ by Trump Model Management in the DFW airport, when she was on her way home from the Memorial Day Classic horse show just eight years ago.”
