The 2018 recipient of the NRHA Dale Wilkinson Lifetime Achievement Award is Lyle Lovett of Spring, Texas. The renowned singer, songwriter, actor and entertainer is an active NRHA competitor who has raised thousands of dollars for the RHF and has donated his services to promote the National Reining Horse Association and the sport of reining at NRHA and National Reining Breeders Classic events.

By now, you’ve probably heard rumors about the Congress Classroom, a place for kids to work on their school assignments while out of town at the 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress. Thanks to sponsors, the classroom will be fully equipped with printers, WiFi access, tutors, snacks, and the opportunity to win some random prizes!

The Kentucky Horse Park is also offering the Cemetery Crawl tours for an additional charge at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30.

It’s time to break out those pocketbooks! The 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress Trade Show opens for business tomorrow. The Trade Show will be open 9:30 am- 7:00 pm, October 6th-29th. With 250 commercial exhibits in a seven acre indoor shopping mecca, the Trade Show is something you don’t want to miss.
