Our very own Gordon Downey was very lucky this St. Patrick’s Day, because he was invited to stop by the picturesque facility that is Masterson Farms in Somerville, Tennessee. Owned by Ken and Marilyn Masterson, the farm is home to Champion stallions like RL Best of Sudden, Zippos Sheik, and All About Blue.

He’s almost too pretty to be a colt! Manhattan, aka “Manny,” is by These Irons Are Hot and out of That’s My Invitation. This pretty boy is owned by Seaside Farm, LP.

New for 2014, the removal of the upper age limit means that senior horses over the age of 25 are no longer excluded from ColiCare. The ColiCare program now offers the same great benefits, including up to $7,500 of colic surgery reimbursement coverage, for life!

Most often, the customer gets a sketch that’s somewhat like the two shown here: A pencil sketch with the basic lines and sometimes a colored version.
