Today is the deadline for nominations for the 2017 Solid Gold Futurity that will take place May 25-28 in Lake St. Louis, MO. in conjunction with the MoQHA Gateway Classic.

“The Spring horse market appears to be strong in 2017. The top five horses sold for an average of $10,120, the top ten recorded an average price of $9,160 and the top twenty average price was $7,345,” adds Jennings.

The tentative schedule for the 2017 Worldwide Paint Horse Congress has been released. The event will take place August 2-6 in Tulsa, Oklahoma including Over Fence and Speed classes (4 judges) as well as a full slate of youth, amateur, and open Solid Paint Bred classes for 2017.
