“The AQHA Professional Horsemen’s Crisis Fund has been able to help many Professional Horsemen in emergencies,” states Karen McCuistion, AQHA Manager of AQHA Professional Horsemen and Team Wrangler.  “We need to keep the fund financially strong. The Crisis Fund supports AQHA Professional Horsemen in times of unexpected crisis, such as natural disasters, illness or injury.”

“Five of the Top 10 Congress Open Longe Line winners are featured in the 2019 Congress Super Sale, including the Congress Champion, Best By Design, that sells as Hip #22 in the auction,” says Mike Jennings, of Professional Horse Services, LLC management team. “The CONGRESS SUPER SALE will offer 128 Western Pleasure Yearling Prospects along with 24 Hunter Under Saddle Yearling Prospects. A nice group of 51 show horses, broodmares, and other prospects will be offered in the Super Session, after the yearlings sell. This is the 53rd year the CONGRESS SUPER SALE has been a part of the All American Quarter Horse Congress, produced by the Ohio Quarter Horse Association.”

$89,500 is the purse for the 3rd Annual Western Pleasure Sale Stakes class, which includes $10,000 for Limited riders added by OQHA.  There will be Open and Non Pro divisions with the purse being pro-rated based on the number of entries showing.  The 2019 entries will compete for the purse money, the titles and their place on the Vic Clark Perpetual trophies.

Competitors at the WCHA Breeders Championship Futurity, WCHA Big Money Futurity, WCHA Junior Weanling Classes at the AQHA World Championship Show and other WCHA sponsored events will be awarded stylish Cripple Creek jackets recognizing their achievements in the arena.
