We, and all of the show managers and secretaries out there, are not withholding information from you as to the status of a horse show. We are truly trying to figure it out just like you. When we know, we will tell the world. We want to have a horse show. But, we want you to be safe as well.

The first CVCS Show #1 will take place from now until May 2nd. The judges pool is John Boxell, Jennifer Leckey, Casey Orr, Teresa Pelton, Mark Russell, Amy Watkins, and Tracy Willis. The first block of classes consists of Showmanship, Equitation, and Horsemanship through April 25th. The entry deadline is Friday, April 24th at midnight CST. The video deadline for the first block of classes is Saturday, April 25th at midnight CST. 

The average sale price of $4,703.57 per horse was up 37.6% and the gross Sales was up by 31.6%.

“Our INTERNET Auction format allows for actively marketing and shopping horses while practicing social distancing.  Sellers may now have the time and help to prepare horses for good photos and videos,” adds Jennings.  “Horse transporters are still active and can move horses to their new owners.”

So, regardless of foaling date, you have until May 30th to submit and pay first option to nominate your babies at the $100 rate. After May 30th, your nomination fee will only increase by $50. We will extend the first option to nominate your yearlings and two-year-olds to April 15th at $100. After April 15th, it will only increase by $50.
