Nine-year-old Robie Herman started riding in a horse-loving family that encouraged his participation in all-around, 4-H, Hunter Jumper, and Dressage competition. Fast forward nearly 30 years, through his time spent at Notre Dame, dental school, and a stint in the US Navy, and orthodontist Dr. Robie Herman now owns over 100 horses on his 260-acre ranch in Oklahoma alongside his wife, Krista, and three kids: Caroline, Jack, and Ella Kate.
