This evening’s equitation classes truly belonged to the experienced equestrian as challenging patterns and demanding rail work separated the girls from the ladies. First up in the 13 and under equitation, 14 entries tried their best amidst turns, diagonal changes, and lope circles to claim the top spot.

Anastasiya Potts and What R U Lookin At make the perfect pair, because they both have a unique past. Potts was adopted from the Ukraine in 2008. She’s now fifteen and living her dream of being able to show horses. Her seven-year-old gelding, “Frosty,” received his nickname thanks to an extremely cold day when he was just a newborn foal.
