Continue reading …For members who are sending in transfers of ownership, AQHA is proud to offer a low, one-time fee to transfer a horse, no matter how many owners. Effective January 1, 2015, the transfer fee will increase from $15 to $20 per horse so there is more reason to send those in before the end of the year. The transfer fee has remained at $15 since 1997.
