Thanks in part to the efforts of these nine inductees, the American Paint Horse Association and the Paint Horse breed has enjoyed more than 50 years of prominence as a leading breed. Each inductee receives a beautiful Cowboy Bronze painted in the likeness of the horse or a Paint Horse that touched the lives of the horsemen being inducted.

In the rulebook, you’ll learn the new rules effective as of January 1, 2015. For example, transfer fees increased from $15 to $20 per horse, however, you can save $5 by submitting your registrations via the online system. Registrations can still be mailed and faxed to AQHA, but members will save time and money by submitting them online.

A tentative schedule and judges’ list has been released for the 2015 Little Futurity that will take place June 14-17 during the Tar Heel Triple Classic, held June 11-20 at the James B. Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh, NC. Judges for the show will be Karen Watters, Buddy Fisher, Bruce Walquist, Scott Neuman, Robin Frid, and Carla Wennberg.
